Aaron Valdez is a 2017 C/3B with a 6-0, 205 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Macarthur HS. Has a large frame and strong build. Posted a 7.13 second sixty yard dash. From behind the plate, has a low setup with solid mechanics and fundamentals that are repeated well, receives nicely. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with an open stance, high hand set, and deeper load. Has a short compact swing with good strength off the barrel, good pop off the barrel to the middle of the field. Excellent student.
