Stephen Fleury is a 2016 RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Wilbraham, MA who attends Wilbraham And Monson Academy. Medium, athletic build with long limbs and a lean, projectable frame with room to fill out. Ran a 6.91 60-yard dash. Primary-right-handed pitcher, compact arm action through the backside with a three-quarter release. Balanced and repeatable delivery, high leg lift, slight hip turn at top, hides ball very well through the back and generates extension out front with an online landing. Fastball topped out at 84 and shows cutting life, lived down in the zone well. Curveball served as put away pitch, late tilting life with 11-5 shape and depth. Swing and miss type pitch, commanded arm side and able to induce ground ball contact with both pitches. Named to Northeast Top Prospect List.
