Hunter Noble is a 2016 SS/2B, P with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Nicholasville, KY who attends West Jessamine. Long, lean build with room to fill out. Solid athlete and moves well, ran a 7.00 60-yard dash. Showed good range to either side, with solid plays up the middle and in the hole in defensive drills, could be more aggressive to the ball on routine plays. Right handed hitter, starts with wide base, uses toe-tap timing mechanism. Deeper hand position, near barred with load, maintains solid balance throughout swing, will flash developing bat speed and ability to get extended, showed best when working to opposite field or up the middle. Also pitches, has a deceptive long, slingy arm-action. Well-paced delivery with leg lift above the belt and slight hip turn, lands online. Fastball up to 77 mph, shows some ability to locate to gloveside. Shows good feel for slow, loose curveball with 12/6 break and solid depth. Also has ability to locate changeup for strikes, although pitch needs to be down more often. Very good student.
