Jorge Saez is a 5'10" 165 pound 2008 infielder from Florida Christian in Miami, Florida who was named to the Top Prospect Team. He has a young body with a medium frame with room to fill out. Jorge hits with his hands held high and he uses them very well. He swings hard with good bat speed and makes solid line drive contact. He has gap to gap power and turns on balls very well. He has a swing that creates lots of backspin to make the ball carry even further. Saez hustles in the field and has a good approach to the ball. His hands are soft and he has good footwork as well. He has a solid glove with a strong arm to go along with it. He threw 77 mph across the infield during the workout. Jorge is a good prospect who is also a good student with a 3.5 gpa.

Jorge Saez is a 5'10" 165 pound 2008 infielder from Miami, Florida who attends Florida Christian High School. He has a good body with a lean athletic build. Jorge is a switch hitter with a solid approach from both sides of the plate. He has a line drive swing plane and makes solid contact to all fields. He really knows how to hit and has good power potential. Saez has a solid glove as well. He has good hands and feet and his throws are very accurate. He has a long easy arm action that is very strong which he showed by throwing 81 mph across the infield during the workout. Jorge has advanced tools with lots of room to grow and is a definite follow who is also a very good student.
