Tyler Sullivan is a 2018 OF/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Canton, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers High School. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders, long limbs, and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.37 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well to the ball and shows quick footwork moving to and through the ball, gains momentum, fields the ball out front, full and loose arm action through the back, comes out of the hand clean, extra step at release, gets on top of throws nicely and shows accuracy to the intended base. Righthanded hitter, medium hand set at the plate and uses a leg lift trigger to begin momentum in swing, shifts weight well through lower half with balance. Generates nice hand speed in swing, occasionally gets to front side early at contact but stays through the ball well. Fires hips nicely, full swing path through the zone and creates nice carry off the barrel when squared while showing comfort to work all fields with intent. Very good student.
