Jack Anderson is a 2018 RHP/ with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Jesuit HS. Long and lanky build, lots of physical projection. Sound delivery with good direction and timing, has a loose whippy arm action that projects well with additional strength. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, gets lots of running and sinking life on his fastball, showed the ability to spot his fastball to both sides of the plate with life. Short breaking ball gets off barrels, not consistent in the release yet. Developing change up. Type of young pitcher who has the tools to really improve with physical maturity and some adjustments. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida State.
