Carter Wallace is a 2017 3B/OF/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Puyallup, WA who attends Puyallup HS. Large frame with very good present build and overall strength throughout body; still projects well moving forward. Posted a 7.25 seconds 60 yard dash time. Hits from slightly open stance with lower hand set, hands load up to shoulder height, stays on top of the ball well with line drive swing plane. Compact swing, quick to the ball, shows solid bat speed with ability to hit the ball hard to all fields. Worked out defensively in the infield. Stays on balance when moving to the ball, charges well, good fundamental mechanics when fielding the ball. Fields cleanly and throws accurately, infield velocity up to 73 MPH. Pitched as well, showed full and clean arm circle to high three quarters slot. Deceptive delivery with slight crossfire, FB worked 73-75 and got quick outs with it. Good student.
