Ty Michael Dragos is a 2017 C/3B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Humble, TX who attends Summer Creek HS. Dragos has a medium sized frame with some strength. Behind the plate he showed some catch and throw tools in the workout popping a 1.90 with arm strength up to 77 MPH. He started from a fairly upright crouch and showed quick actions. Dragos has good arm strength and put the ball on the bag consistently. He also worked out on the infield and showed developing infield actions with good arm strength. At the plate, Dragos uses a rock back load to start is swing with limited weight shift through his swing. He has a rotational swing and looks to lift the baseball. Dragos has some length to his swing and has some aggression to the baseball. He showed some hitting tools with gap pop. Excellent student.
