Hayden Mobbs is a 2018 1B/RHP with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Fort Mill, SC who attends Ft Mill HS. Has a young slender build and a big frame with plenty of room to fill out as he matures. 7.70 runner. At first base, footwork and actions are developing. Long arm actions with throws across topping 73 MPH. At the plate, right handed hitter with a tall, open stance. Has a heavy arm swing that has tendency to spin off. Bat can lag at times but will improves as he gets stronger. Also pitched, threw from 3/4 arm slot with long arm action. Fastball had arm side run with good sink on change up. Stayed balanced throughout delivery. 11/5 on curveball with big break. Projects well. Good student.
