Anthony Bailey is a 2017 2B/SS with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Archer. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build; good projection remaining on body. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.41 seconds. Switch-hitter, sets up from right side with wide base and high hand set, throws hands on line drive swing plane and gets barrel through, consistently hit the ball to the pull side. More inside-out from the left side with more compact hand path, stays on line drive plane, showed ability to work to all fields. Worked out defensively in the infield, showed good first step to both sides, gets hands down on time and is able to field cleanly, makes quick transfer and releases on time. Can throw from multiple arm slots with accuracy, clocked up to 74 MPH across the diamond. Good student.
