Scott Slocum is a 2016 LHP with a 6-4 198 lb. frame from Pasadena, CA who attends Loyola. Extra tall, lean, projectable frame with long limbs. Will continue to add strength with maturity. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and tops at 69 mph with his fastball. Shows good two seam action and pitches to his arm side and down. Has a deliberate approach and has a long arm action in the bank. Cuts the fastball at times. Mixes a 1-7 curveball with solid feel and works down in the zone. Good student.
