Drew Hill is a 2017 RHP/ with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Mayfield, UT who attends Gunnison Valley. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Projects for additional strength while maintaining athleticism. Ran a 6.97 sixty-yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher, but worked out as a position player at this event due to a hit by pitch early in game play. From the infield showed high energy footwork while surrounding the baseball and working through transition. Clean glove actions while funneling out front and to back hand. Works through transition well generating momentum to the bag and clean glove to hand exchanges. Released from a three-quarters arm slot generating accurate, on line carry across the infield topping at 87 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright, open stance and simple leg lift trigger. Stays balanced in the middle of swing with rotational lower half actions. Repeated a line drive path and plane consistently with ability to hit to all fields. Primarily looked to turn barrel to contact and work to the the middle of the field and pull side gap.
