Andrew Culp is a 2016 OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Oxford, PA. Medium, athletic build with broad shoulders, long limbs, and nice present strength throughout frame. Solid runner, posted a 6.84 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, uses speed to move well to the ball and gets behind it, longer arm action coming through the back, gets under throws at times, getting on top will help generate more carry on throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with a balanced approach and high back elbow. Line drive swing plane with nice bat speed coming through and extension out front. Patient approach at the plate, uses hands well and shows occasional lift at contact. Upper body swing but shows the ability to hit to all fields. Very good student.
