Myles Rohleder is a 2017 SS/ with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Rockingham, NC who attends Richmond. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; good room to fill out frame moving forward. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.52 seconds. Sets up to hit with slightly wrapped bat, gets hands into good position to fire, quick and short stroke with quality barrel control. Shifts well into contact, shows good gap to gap pop at present with more on the way as he continues to develop. Used whole field when hitting, does good job matching plane of bat with plane of pitch. Worked out defensively in the infield. Good footwork throughout actions, moves to ball well, clean and soft hands when fielding with balanced gather and crow hop. Consistently accurate across the diamond with IF velocity up to 74 MPH. Very good student.
