Bryan Baker is a 2007 SS/2B with a 5'10'', 165 lb. frame from Louisville KY, who attends Trinity High School. Bryan has a slender build with wide shoulders. Bryan has solid actions defensively with arm strength. He is light on his feet and attacks the ball defensively. Bryan has quick transfers and a solid glove. At the plate, Bryan starts with a narrow stance and high hands. He has an aggressive approach at the plate and battles hard in the batter's box. Bryan has a short bat path and swings on a line drive swing plane. Bryan has solid balance and occassionally will hit off his front foot. He presently has line drive power and should develop into a gap to gap hitter. Bryan has the tools set to improve and is a good student.
