Logan Campbell is a 2016 2B/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Corpus Christi, TX who attends Flour Bluff. Large, athletic build with a lean, projectable frame and room to fill out. Primary middle infielder, shows athletic actions with nice footwork to the ball, longer arm action on throws across, arm strength will continue to develop. Also pitched, throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a long arm action in back. Stays balanced through delivery, short stride with lower half, generates downhill plane on fastball which topped 77 mph with some sinking life. Good feel for curveball with 11-5 shape at 66 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with a high hand set and a wide base. Line drive swing plane, pull approach, able to generate some leverage in swing, good bat speed and gets barrel through the zone. Very good student.
