Aaron Toporek is a 2016 LHP/OF/1B with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Walton HS. Tall and slender build, lots of room to get stronger. High 3/4's arm slot, easy delivery and pitching mechanics. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, gets good cutting life at times. Big soft curveball has some 1/7 depth at times, some developing feel for his change up. Should keep improving with additional strength and time. Left handed hitter, upright narrow stance, short and direct line drive swing path, mid field contact. 7.30 runner, can play both the outfield and first base. Very good student.
