Jayden Ford is a 2017 OF/1B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from McKinney, TX who attends Prosper. Extra-large, athletic build with broad shoulders, long limbs and lean, projectable build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.31 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shows a short, easy arm action, gets under throws at release, moves well in the outfield, arm strength will continue to develop with the incorporation of lower half into throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with quiet hand set and a high back elbow, uses a small leg lift trigger. Gets the barrel through the zone with bat speed, some length to swing, creates lift and generates contact to his pull side. Good student.
