Noah Cole is a 2016 RHP/IF, OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Wheeler. Large frame with long, lean build; highly projectable moving forward. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.09 seconds. Primary pitcher, compact arm circle to high three quarters arm slot, good arm speed, gets downhill well in delivery, uses lower half well. FB worked 81-84 MPH with solid arm side life, did a good job staying down in the zone with the pitch. Slider showed short, tight break with solid shape; changed speeds with he pitch, also showed a changeup with good arm speed and late fading action. Did a good job throwing strikes with all pitches. Sets up to hit with high hand set, big stride into contact, gets lower half involved well and shows solid bat speed. Can drive the ball when squared up, shows willingness to use entire field. Quality footwork around the bag at 1st base, transfers cleanly and shows very good arm strength for the position, firing strikes to 2B and 3B up to 81 MPH. Outstanding student.
