Jordan Holt is a 2016 OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Ellenwood, GA who attends Jonesboro HS. Short young build, plenty of room to get stronger. 6.71 runner, has a quick first step and good instincts on the bases, is disruptive to the defense. Also gets to the ball quickly in the outield and has a quick release, some arm strength, tends to throw uphill. Left handed hitter, hand drop load, keeps hands tight and inside the ball, spray hitter who is looking to make contact and use his speed, hits to all fields and has a feel for the barrel. Nice leadoff/centerfield profile and plays within his tools well. Good student.
