Dylan Bert is a 2016 SS/3B with a 6-0 163 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Woods HS. Long slender middle infielder's build. 7.17 runner, moves well laterally on defense, loose arm action with some arm strength, can throw from multiple arm slots, footwork and balance still young and developing but shows promise. Right handed hitter, very complicated load with a double foot tap and a big leg raise, will have to simplify approach to time higher level pitching, line drive swing with some extension and late bat speed, can develop as a hitter with additional strength and adjustments. Good student.
