Kevin Santiago is a 2016 MIF/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Jayuya, PR. Strong athletic build, pretty mature physically, square strong shoulders. 6.80 runner, plays both the infield and the outfield, outfield actions were young, best profile for the future is at third base, has good arm strength with a long arm action at all positions, fields the ball out front well. Right handed hitter, spread no stride approach, rock back load to create some shift into contact, long and fluid swing with good bat speed, has power potential and can impact the ball hard, mostly pull line drive contact, will benefit from a shorter approach but has the tools to hit at the next level.
