Carson Greene is a 2018 SS/RHP, 3B, 2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from La Jolla, CA who attends La Jolla Country Day. Greene has a medium sized frame with a thin lean build. Defensively he moves to the ball well and has solid transfers and good hands. Greene showed developing foot quickness and showed good athleticism making plays on the move. He has developing arm strength up to 74 MPH with a clean arm action. At the plate, Greene has an aggressive approach and glides to contact. He made hard line drive contact in BP and hit a hard line drive to the right center field gap in game. Greene has some bat speed and some solid young hitting tools. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a clean arm action. Greene has a smooth delivery and threw strikes. Excellent student.
