Arconti pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. He has some stiffness in his arm and pushes the ball some. He uses drop and drive style mechanics and stays online through finish. Arconti maintains good balance through his delivery and has a good finish. He keeps hitters off balance and throws strikes. At the plate, Arconti uses a contact hitter's approach. He throws his hands to the ball well and swings on a line drive swing path. He has present line drive power and will hit for more as he learns to swing with more leverage. Defensively, Arconti gets good reads in the outfield. At 1B, he has soft hands and can make the picks. He moves around the base well and throws with a high release. Arconti is an outstanding student.
