Roy Harrod is a 2015 RHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Moreno Valley, CA who attends Canyon Springs HS. Medium athletic build with good present strength. High 3/4's to over the top arm slot, high leg lift delivery with some backwards lean, quick arm coming through, works downhill well. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, mostly straight. Nice slider at 73 mph with tight spin and some 11/5 shape and good tilt. Threw both pitches for strikes and repeated his delivery well. Projects to keep adding velocity. Good student. Named to the National Underclass Session 1 Top Prospect Team.
