Julian Henry is a 2015 SS/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Maplewood, NJ who attends Seton Hall Preparatory. Large, athletic build with a lean, projectable frame and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.24 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, light actions on his feet, works through the ball well, hands play, shows enough arm strength to make the deep throw across the diamond. Right-handed batter, starts with a high hand set and a small leg lift trigger for timing. Keeps hands in on swing, simple and repeatable mechanics, hits the ball out front, gets to front side early at times, shows a nice feel for the barrel. Very good student.
