Colton has good footwork and moves around the base well at first base. His arm works well and he has developing arm strength. At the plate, Colton hits from a wide crouched stance and starts closed off. He is fairly busy in the batters box and moves his head before contact. Colton has a short swing with bat speed. Colton has present power and has much more power potential in there. He has strong hands and looks to hit the ball to the opposite field regularly.
