Ryan Hinkley is a 2015 C/1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Liberty, MO who attends Liberty North. Extra large build with a strong frame and long levers. Ran a 7.32 60 yard dash. Solid receiver behind the plate, sets up low, short arm action on throws to second. Throws tail, needs to get on top of throws. Quick transfer and release. Right handed batter, starts from a spread stance with a leg lift trigger. Strong hands with sound approach in the box. Swing has length, good bat speed with strength. Makes contact to all fields. Projects for more power. Excellent student.
