Tyler Dumont is a 2017 C/3B/OF with a 6-1 194 lb. frame from Osprey, FL who attends Venice HS. Big and strong athletic build. Shows good athleticism behind the plate, shifts and blocks well and has lateral mobility, compact arm action with a quick release, 2.04 best time, looks the part with his big and durable build. Right handed hitter, very busy hand load leaves him starting the bat late frequently, inside swing path, works to the opposite field, has the strength and bat speed potential to open up his swing and use the middle and pull sides to drive the ball.
