Garrett Wright is a 2017 SS/3B with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Lubbock, TX who attends Monterey. Wright has a lean build with room to fill out. Hits from a square stance with a wide base. Hands work well. Line drive swing plane with gap to gap approach. Makes consistent contact, mechanically sound swing, should continue to improve. Defensively, short arm action, good fielding actions with soft hands. Has tools to continue to improve. Outstanding Student. Named To Top Prospect Team.
