Jesse Scott is a 2015 LHP with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Hanceville, AL who attends Cullman HS. Slender young projectable build, lots of room to add strength. Smooth repeatable delivery, short quick arm action, 3/4's arm slot, good tempo and composure on the mound. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 80 mph, good run and sink, is aggressive early in counts with his fastball. Big sweeping curveball with good spin and some bite. Nice change up with run and sink. Has three promising pitches, a very good delivery and an idea how to pitch. Just a matter of time before he gets stronger and starts throwing harder. Lots to like. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect Team for this showcase.
