Alan Burnsed is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Middleburg, FL who attends Middleburg. Medium, solid build with lower half strength. Ran a 7.62 60 yard dash. Bats right-handed, has a high hand finish in his swing. Gets good lift and gets his hands to the baseball quickly. Should develop more power with added strength. Flashes good bat speed and has a solid approach. Shows a good feel for the game in the field. Has solid arm strength and throws carry across the diamond. Doesn't make many mistakes. Excellent student.
