Pedro Diaz Morro is a 2014 C/1B/3B with a 5-8 180 lb. frame from Santa Isabel, PR who attends Elvira Colon HS. Diaz has a medium sized frame with some present strength. Defensively he uses a short arm action with developing arm strength. He has developing catch and throw tools with developing receiving skills. At the plate, Diaz starts with a slightly crouched slightly open stance. He dives to the ball and gets weight shift in his swing. Diaz hits the ball to all fields and made his best contact when pulling the ball. He has some strength in his swing with developing hitting tools. Good student.
