Luis Ramos is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-1 188 lb. frame from Vega Alta, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy/HS. Strong athletic build, especially in the lower half. Long extended arm action, 3/4's arm slot, stays tall and directional in his delivery and works downhill, some effort at release. Mid 80's fastball, topped at 88 mph early, nice running action at times, fastball will also cut glove side. Good release point on curveball, good spin and some 10/4 depth, hitters didn't see curveball well. Developing change up. Good student.
