Grant Spillers is a 2014 C with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Olathe East HS. Medium build, thin and athletic looking. Shows very sound receiving skills behind the plate, hands work well and communicates well with his pitchers. Arm strength is still developing, should be better with maturity. Right-handed hitter, hits out of an upright stance, keeps his hands tight to his body. Confident approach, low effort type line drive swing, very under control throughout, good bat speed. High upside with the bat. Excellent student.
