Charles Grant-DeBose is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends North. Long thin frame, athletic build, projectable. Hits with an upright narrow setup in the box, leg kick trigger, high hand set, swings down through the ball, solid bat speed with potential to develop further. As he refines his swing and learns to develop an approach he has a chance to become a good hitter. Athletic defensive actions, projectable arm strength, good footwork, works through the ball, long transfer slows down release time. Pitches from a three quarter arm slot, good extension out front, needs to work on maintaining better rhythm to delivery to help him repeat, creates some sink on his fastball, 11-5 shape on curveball.
