Patrick Kelley is a 2014 RHP/SS with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Pipersville, PA who attends Central Bucks-West. Tall, athletically built right-hander. Very thin and projectable. Also an above average runner, ran a 6.86 60 yard. Throws from a three-quarter arm angle, has some effort to it but arm works pretty clean. Gets downhill and shows good command of his pitches. Touched 86 mph with his fastball. Displays tight rotation on his 11-5 curveball at 75 mph. High upside pitcher with much more to come in terms of velocity. Also played the field, moved well l and showed plenty of arm strength. Hits out of a wide setup, needs to work on pitch selection. Has some loft in his swing and shows good barrel accuracy. Good student.
