Thomas Strange is a 2015 RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Pensacola, FL who attends Washington Senior HS. Long and lean athletic build, good physical projection. Nice low effort delivery, stays on line and balanced, could use lower half better, 3/4's arm slot, compact arm action. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 80 mph, good arm side run at times, hard slurve type curveball with late 11/5 break, developing change up. Works quickly and fields his position well, throws strikes. Good chance for velocity increase with additional strength. Right handed hitter, good loose swing, nice extension out front, has some leverage and power potential, some present bat speed, has hitting tools to develop. Projectable athlete.
