Nicholas Lafferty is a 2015 C/3B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Croydon, PA who attends Archbishop Wood High School. He is young player that has a medium frame and lean developing build. During the catching workout, he showed a solid transfer and release while staying online. He has good arm strength and made good accurate throws. In the games, he showed good blocking and receiving skills. At the plate, he displayed a gap to gap approach and made consistent contact. He has strength in his swing and a strong top hand. Nicholas is an interesting prospect and is player to watch down the road. Good student.
