Michael Wittner is a 2015 C/3B, 1B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Greenwich, CT who attends Greenwich. Medium frame, lean with lots of room to fill and add strength. Developing catch and throw skills behind the plate. Long arm action, throws from low 3/4 slot, accurate throws. Will benefit from quicker transfer and release, more arm strength to come. As an infielder, fields ball deep, lets ball travel, stays back on ball. Long arm action. Right handed hitter, lots of pre-swing movement, slight uppercut path. Mostly out front. Pull approach at plate. More to come with development and strength. Excellent student.
