Christopher Cardi is a 2014 C/RHP, IF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Middletown, CT who attends Xavier. Strong player with good present athleticism. Projectable skills behind the plate with good feet at present with clean transfer and release. Gains ground and shows solid arm strength with more to come. Stays online with accurate throws. Right handed hitter, aggressive at the plate, uses lot of upper body in swing. Minimal weight transfer. Shows bat speed and projects to hit for power. On the mound, smooth, balanced delivery with simple leg raise. Long arm circle in back, loose arm action with extension out front. Good shape on 11/5 curveball. Good student.
