Michael La Face is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Warren, NJ who attends Watchung Hills High School. He has a medium frame with a lean build and room to add strength. On the mound, he is a drop and drive pitcher that has a deceptive delivery with a big leg kick. He competes on the mound and works the lower half of the strike zone. His fastball has arm side run, and showed the ability to cut it. He mixed in his 11/5 curveball well to keep hitters off-balance and varied speeds effectively. Michael is also a good student.
