Josh Cote is a 2013 C/OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Wayne, NJ who attends Wayne Hills High School. He has a medium frame and an athletic build with room to fill out. During the catching workout, he showed receiving tools and solid transfer and release. He gains ground and stays online while making good accurate throws. At the plate, he has solid stroke with a good middle of the field approach. He displayed strength in his swing with pull pop and a good swing plane. During the game, a ball registered off the bat at 92 MPH up the middle for a single. Josh is a solid player and good student.
