Michael Alescio is a 2014 C/ with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Fair Haven, NJ who attends Red Bank Catholic. Has a large athletic frame with room to add strength. During the catching workout, he showed a quick transfer and tight release while making good accurate throws. He also stays online and gains ground with solid footwork. At the plate, he displayed a projectable bat solid bat speed. The ball comes off his bat well with pop, he is mostly a pull hitter, but flashed the ability to go the other way during games. Michael is a solid prospect and good student.
