Chris Williams is a 2014 RHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Fort Lauderdale, FL who attends Cardinal Gibbons HS. Long thin build, lots of room to fill. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot, quick loose arm action. Sinks fastball, late fading action on changeup, deep 11-5 curveball with feel, flashed occasional bite and improved throughout the outing, occasional 12-6 shape, had a lot of success with the curveball. Young look, may see a jump in physicality, long stride to plate, good athleticism to delivery, threw strikes. Projectable young pitcher with a chance to develop. Excellent student.
