Andrew Ashur is a 2015 LHP/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Vienna, VA. He has a young projectable frame and long lean build with room to fill out. On the mound, he has a slow tempo delivery with good balance and had a short easy arm action. Repeats well. He worked his fastball up in the zone effectively and complimented it with his CB, SL, and CH. His curveball had good depth, slider was a short late breaker with good feel, and his change-up had arm side fade. Command of four pitches. His stuff projects. During the outfield workout, he worked through the ball well with good actions. Has some quickness in arm with good follow through. At the plate, he had an inside out swing with a contact approach.
