Chase Aldridge is a 2015 SS/2B with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Harvard-Westlake. Tall, lean athletic frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Ran a 7.29 60 yard dash but speed plays up in games. Gets down the line quickly. Middle infield prospect with sound defensive actions, circles the ball well, and stays in control of body. Good with the glove and picking the ball, quick feet with some range. Left handed batter who starts with a closed, wide base and high hands back. Middle of the field approach. Keeps his hands in close to body, has a short and compact swing. Gets on front side early at times but still had control of the barrel. Line drive batter who shows occasional lift in swing. Excellent student.
