Kyle Vazquez is a 2006 outfielder/right handed pitcher from Berlin HS in Berlin, Connecticut, with a tall and lean 6'2"/165 pound frame. He has good range in the outfield and covers a lot of ground. Kyle has a very strong arm at 87 mph from the outfield. A right handed hitter, Vazquez hits from a tall and wide stance with a small stride. He has quick hands and makes consistent solid contact. Kyle is a line drive hitter with good power potential. As a right handed pitcher, he throws from a 3/4 to low 3/4 arm slot with loose arm action and very good arm speed. Vazquez has a balanced delivery to the plate. His 86 mph fastball has excellent late life and the late movement will definitely get outs. Kyle also throws an 11-5 breaking curveball at 68 mph. He is also a good student.

Kyle Vazquez is a 2006 OF/RHP from Berlin, CT, with a tall, lanky and projectable 6'2"/160 pound frame with room to get stronger. Defensively he has very good arm strength at 87 mph from the outfield and showed athletic actions in the field. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from an open stance with a controlled, aggressive swing and makes good solid contact, including 2 hits in the games. On the mound he pitches from a low 3/4 arm slot with a long and loose arm action and little effort. He has a fluid, compact delivery and throws across his body slightly. His fastball topped out at 85 mph with late life and good ability to locate the pitch. His 11-5 curveball at 68 mph was tight with good break. He is a player with very good upside. Kyle is also a good student.
