Ernie Sierra is a 2013 OF/LHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Long Beach, CA who attends Millikan HS. Slender young build, some wiry present strength. Switch-hitter, much better left handed, looks new to right handed, shows good contact skills left handed, flashed power to mid field, good level swing, stays on and through the ball, line drives to all fields. 7.36 runner, very clean and fundamental outfield skills, clean arm action, nice footwork, on line accurate throws, can go get the ball. Also pitched, simple leg raise delivery mechanics, low effort side arm release, fastball to 78 mph with occasional sink, threw curveball from standard 3/4's release point.
