Marquis Gonzalez is a 2014 RHP/3B with a 5-7 157 lb. frame from Florida, NY who attends Seward Secondary School. He has a developing frame that is still filling out. On the mound, he pitches from a low 3/4 arm slot with a slow tempo delivery and has solid balance. He is a strike thrower with natural cut action on his fastball. He compliments his fastball with a tight 10/4 curveball with good depth and feel. During infield workout, he stayed online with a long loose arm action and showed raw arm strength. At the plate, he displayed an aggressive approach with quickness in his bat.
